New 3-level duplex that sits two miles up the hill from downtown Breckenridge.
Located on the free shuttle bus route with a stop right on the corner of the house.
This bright and sunny home with southwestern exposure has a rustic flair with wood accents,
all new furnishings, and wonderful views of the Ten Mile Range. The home is next door to
The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge, which has a pool, hot tubs on an outdoor deck with stunning views,
fitness room, restaurant, and spa facilities. A free family pass for the Lodge comes with the rental
of the overlook home.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, two twin beds
in a guest bedroom with another jacuzzi tub in private bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room,
and a full-sized bunk bed (sleeping 4) in the downstairs room also with private bathroom. In each room you
will find a television and a VCR or DVD player.
The living room is equipped with a home theatre system, and we've provided videos/DVDs, board games and books
for cozy moments by the fireplace. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops and slate floors, and
the entire house is heated by in floor radiant heat... including the oversized one-car garage where you can
keep your skis and boots warm. You can enjoy the wonderful views from the wooden deck with gas grill and patio
furniture right outside the living room.
